Our Focus: We primarily specialize in the maintenance and repair of newer vehicles, typically those manufactured within the last 15 years. This allows us to offer precise repair quotes and quicker turnaround times, ensuring you get back on the road efficiently.

Policy on Older Generation Vehicles (e.g., 20+ years old): Servicing older vehicles presents unique challenges. Issues often involve obsolete parts availability, the absence of modern digital diagnostic ports, unforeseen collateral damage during repairs (e.g., rusted or brittle components), and significantly more time required for diagnosis and troubleshooting. We find that the extensive time and expense involved in working on these older platforms often exceed our customers’ expectations and the vehicle’s remaining value.

If you choose to have us work on your older vehicle: We can attempt the repair only under a signed agreement wherein you understand and accept responsibility for all labor hours invested, regardless of the final outcome or total cost. We cannot provide firm quotes for these jobs and will strictly bill on a time-and-materials basis.
